Music is a huge part of my life. It's not uncommon to find me front row, dancing it out to my favorite bands. (Hence, my arm flying high at this Coldplay concert in New York.)

 

To me, music has a way of getting in like no other. And in the journey of introspection, which can at times be scary or intimidating, music can ease the pathway to what lies deeper. Quite often after class students will ask...

 

"What was that song?"
