The Summer Solstice is an ushering in of the sun. It’s an opportunity to bring our whole self into the light to consider the roles and routes that lead us towards or away from individual and collective liberation.

Join Carrington Jackson for a Summer Solstice practice to call forth body and breath, emotion and intuition, reverent celebration and embodied activation.  Class will be held outdoors at Fletcher Park in Raleigh on Tuesday, June 21st at 6pm. This will be an open-level, vinyasa based class with room for agency, reflection, personal expression of the poses and discernment.

This practice will be held as a fundraiser dedicated to reproductive justice. Funds raised will go to serve carolinaabortionfund.org, an organization that provides financial, practical, and emotional support to people in North and South Carolina trying to access abortion care. CAF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is supported from foundations and individuals dedicated to reproductive freedom.

It is free to register for this event but please bring what you can to donate towards CAF. Abortion is healthcare, and healthcare should be well resourced and accessible to all.
