Eclipses are symbolically are thought of as a time where things get activated. In particular, the theme of this celestial event focuses on our past… past stories, past selves and past lives, and symbolizes themes of release and letting go. Ultimately this lunar eclipse + full moon speaks to an opportunity to cleanse our deep beliefs and practices that aren’t true, aren’t authentic, aren’t us. Please join me Friday, 5.5.23 at 10am EST, for a sacred practice of meditation, breathwork, asana, and reflection. This is an open-level, vinyasa-based class with room for modifications, agency and discernment. This 60-minute livestream class is open to all levels. The recording will be sent out immediately after class and will be available for one week.
