About the Event
Online, September 18-19
As teachers we are charged with leading our students towards an uncovering of self through the practice of yoga. We fine tune our craft in studying anatomy, developing smart sequencing and through our own disciplined self-study, we design classes that integrate the individual parts of the body into the whole by way of technique, breath and presence.
But there is another realm to uncover within ourselves as teachers. It comes from trusting the source of wisdom and knowing inside of us and allowing our authentic truth to rise through our voice to inspire and elevate our students beyond the boundaries of the physical.
Join Carrington Jackson, e-ryt500, as she leads a soul engaging journey through the art of opening up to the divine energy and speaking the language of heart and spirit. Designed specifically for teachers who are interested in developing their authentic voice, this workshop includes discussions and practices on energy, light, spirit, passion, mysticism, inclusivity and purpose as well as developing the space, courage and reverence required for those truths to emerge.
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 10am-noon and 1-3pm
This workshop also includes pre-recorded content and follow-up assignments that Carrington will send to registrants.
