In Sanskrit, the word ‘sadhana’ refers to the discipline of routine spiritual practice. Through meditation, yoga, sound, mantra and prayer, we work to release the hold of the ego and deepen the understanding of the sacred self. In particular, our practice will be in dedication to the Autumn Equinox, an entry point towards deep reflection, integration and evolution.

Join Carrington Jackson for this special Sadhana on Sunday, 9.24 from 11am-12:30pm EST. This in-person event will be held at Arts Together, a center dedicated to creativity, collaboration and community. This is an open-level and vinyasa-based class, with room for agency, reflection, personal expression of the poses and discernment.  Leaving nothing out. All are welcome.
