About the Event
Sadhana, or spiritual practice, is central to Yoga- it is in essence, the practice itself. Sunday Sadhana at blue lotus is an experience of extended opening meditation, chanting, namaskar, intermediate level asana, pranayama and savasana.
This two-hour practice is not about fancy poses or complex sequencing, rather it's a celebration of community and shared space; it's about the ritual of moving, breathing, and creating sound together. It is intention in action: raising the collective vibration, transcending the ego and pausing to reflect on the light within so we can spread it into the world.
This practice is not appropriate for beginners. At least one year of consistent, regular vinyasa yoga practice is required.
