The Equinox marks a time when what was concealed now begins to be revealed. What was mere potential now becomes a promise. What has always existed but was hidden, the vibratory hum and creative force of life that can never be extinguished, once again makes itself manifest before our very eyes.

Please join me Monday, March 20th at 10am EST for a yoga practice & ritual to honor the transition to Spring. This 60-minute yoga class uses the tools of movement, meditation, and ritual to ready the body’s emergence from hibernation to awakening. Class will be offered livestream and through replay. Replays will be sent out directly after class ends and will be available for one week. The vinyasa-based practice will include meditation, journaling, breathwork, and reflection. It is open to all levels of practitioners with room for modifications, agency, and discernment.
