Join us for a soul filled vacation where we come together from all walks of life and leave as life long friends. You can expect a week of mindfulness through yoga and fitness, adventuring in Bali and taking time out to dance, celebrate life, connect with others and hit the reset button.

The week will include live music by Michael Franti, group facilitation by Michael and Sara, daily all-level yoga classes led by Carrington Jackson, and 4 fitness classes by 2BeFit Bali. Daily group excursions are included to experience the beauty and adventure the island of Bali has to offer. We will also share in delicious organic meals fresh from the Soulshine Farm.

This retreat is for all-fitness level abilities. No experience necessary!
