Join Carrington for a yoga class that honors and supports the cycles and chapters of life.

Each 75-minute class will be a convergence of movement, meditation, and ritual themed on the symbology that reflects the New Moon and its current celestial location. It will offer embodied guidance on the personal as well as collective. This is an open-level and vinyasa-based class, with room for agency, reflection, personal expression of the poses and discernment.
