Liminal Practice & Ritual: Winter Solstice + New Moon
The liminal space is the time between 'what was' and ‘what’s next.’
yoga + breath + mediation + ritual
Thursday, 12.22.22 at 9:30am EST, livestream + replay
The Winter Solstice (12.21.22) marks the longest night in the N. Hemisphere and simultaneously the moment we begin to shift towards light. Symbolically, the movement from darkness (reflection) towards light (regeneration) is a signal of our willingness to be reborn and this day in particular has the potential for harnessing energy towards creating and sustaining.
The New Moon (12.23.22) is a powerful day when the forces of the Moon and Sun combine to create an energy that is capable of change, transformation, and growth.
Join Carrington as she guides a sacred practice of meditation, breathwork, asana, reflection and ritual to harness the wisdom from what was into the power and potential of what can be. This is an open-level, vinyasa-based class with room for modifications, agency and discernment. This 60-minute livestream class is open to all levels and the replay will be available for one week.
Bring all your altar offerings and see you on the mat.
The actual zoom link is contained in your confirmation email. A reminder will be sent out 24 hours prior to class. The replay of class will be available for one week.
