Full Moons are symbolically associated with an ending or completion of a cycle. They are often marked with celebration and ritual centered around releasing old chapters, patterns or narratives to make room for new ones.

Celebrated teacher Carrington Jackson has teamed up with epically talented musician Brad Ellsworth to create a unique and liberating experience. Join them for a Full Moon Firebowl Practice with Live Drumming on Friday, October 11 at 7pm.

This 90-minute yoga class, set to live drumming, is an opportunity to amplify the energy of purification and transformation of body, mind and soul. We will focus on building heat (Agni) to not only rid the body of excess toxins and tension on both the physical and energetic levels, but ultimately to burn off any residual layers of old stories or circumstances that are outdated or no longer serve us.

This class is open to all levels of practitioners.
