Yoga is a practice of connection… connecting us to our more authentic selves and connecting people together into community. Join us for an open-level and vinyasa-based practice, with room for agency, reflection, and personal expression of the poses.

Please arrive at 5:45am, and find a spot in Flowers Field. We'll get started a little after 6:00 am.
